Semantic Search Improvements
- Search results are now scoped per-user with multi-tenant isolation
- Duplicate results from the same commit are automatically deduplicated
- Bot-generated commits are filtered out for cleaner search results

- Impact scores now use a weighted average — trivial commits (merges, formatting) no longer drag down scores for developers who ship high-impact features
