Quick FAQ

How do I cancel my subscription?

Head to Pricing in the navigation bar, then click the "Manage Billing" button. This opens the Lemon Squeezy billing portal where you can cancel your plan. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. You can also email support@repowrit.com and we'll handle it for you.

Does RepoWrit support private repositories?

Yes. RepoWrit works with both public and private repositories. When you install the GitHub App, you choose exactly which repositories to grant access to. We only access repos you've explicitly selected, and your code is never stored long-term on our servers.

How do I trigger a new documentation sync?

There are two ways:

  1. Automatic - Every time you push commits to a connected repository, RepoWrit automatically picks up the changes and generates updated documentation.
  2. Manual - From the Dashboard, find your repository in the list and click the "Sync" button to trigger a manual documentation sync.

How do I add or remove repositories?

Go to your GitHub Settings → Applications → RepoWrit, and modify the repository access. RepoWrit will automatically detect the changes.

What AI model does RepoWrit use?

RepoWrit uses Claude by Anthropic to analyze code changes and generate documentation. We use the API with zero-data-retention settings, your code is never used to train AI models.

Is my code safe?

Yes. We take security and privacy seriously:

  • Your source code is processed in-memory and never stored long-term
  • We use encrypted connections (TLS) for all data transfer
  • Your code is never used for AI model training
